How does Body Awakening work?
You lay down on your yoga mat and close your eyes to go within. Through the specific arrangement of music and sound, you quickly enter altered states of consciousness that allow you to tap into the quantum field to raise your body's vibrations. The facilitator guides you into the experience and works on your body's energy points as well as energy field during the session to deepen your altered states.

This class is facilitated by Wildfrau, energy healer and researcher. Wildfrau left her career in technology to fully immerse herself in energy healing, alchemy and quantum physics to explore consciousness and to find accessible ways to access our full potential as human beings. Due to many regular students attending Body Awakening, Wildfrau frequently receives new insights on consciousness and the quantum field. Wildfrau offers facilitator training in January 2020 to provide greater access to this profound energy work and her research in this field.
