How does Body Awakening work?
You lay down on your yoga mat and close your eyes to go within. Through the specific arrangement of music and sound, you quickly enter altered states of consciousness that allow you to tap into the quantum field to raise your body's vibrations. The facilitator guides you into the experience and works on your body's energy points as well as energy field during the session to deepen your altered states.
Spontaneous movements can arise, and you may release emotional blockages which can be expressed by feeling heat or pressure in certain areas of your body. Some also receive deep insights and experience profound changes in the coming days after.
Awakening your body on a regular basis will restructure your nervous system over time, thereby free your mind from past conditioning and unlock your full potential. ✨

Experience 6 Body Awakening sessions, each designed to accelerate your healing and spiritual awakening. Between sessions, we will discuss your experiences and use complementary practices to expand our consciousness, to deepen the connection to oneself and others, and to experience non-duality.
Meet your Facilitator
The Body Awakening Weekend Immersion is facilitated by Wildfrau, energy healer and researcher. Wildfrau left her career in technology in March 2018 to fully immerse herself in energy healing, alchemy and quantum physics to explore consciousness and to find accessible ways to access our full potential as human beings. Having had over 1000 students joining her weekly classes in the past 1.5 years provided Wildfrau with the unique opportunity to research the quantum field and consciousness. In 2019, Wildfrau founded innerjourney Collective and started training facilitators to provide greater access to this profound energy work and her research in this field.
I recommend to follow the Alkaline diet which excludes acidic foods during the weekend immersion and 3-5 days prior. The Alkaline diet balances the Ph level to approximately 7.0 which puts the body into ultimate health. It also balances and decalcifies the pineal gland which is important to being able to receive visuals. Also don't drink any alcohol at least 48 hours prior.
What to bring
Bring your yoga mat & water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes. Also, I recommend to bring a sleep mask if you wish to cover your eyes during the sessions.
